My Work

I help organisations move towards the New Way of Working. Many companies are focused on swapping out one technology for another thinking this step will automatically transform their businesses. Technology is an incredible enabler of change and disrupter of those who stand still but in an organisation we need to focus on people and processes as well as technology to bring about real long term transformational change within our organisations.

I work with companies to help them review, plan and improve this process of change within their organisations. Whether you have begun your journey of change or whether you don't know where to start I can help your executive team take some time out to plan your next steps and ensure your Digital Transformation project is a successful one.

Outside of work I am actively involved in both Common Purpose a not for profit organisation focused on Leadership training and Educate Together the organisation changing the face of Irish Education for over 30 years. Having attended one of the first Educate Together schools in Ireland I am a huge advocate of the work that they do and the change they are bringing to Irish society.
